All pick ups will be contacted by Southern Roots, no later than 24 hours and must be picked up within 5 days.
All deliveries by Southern Roots will be contacted no later than 24 hours discussing the delivery.

Returns must be within 10 days. ALL returns must include ALL tags and no sign of wear.
